Most community colleges offer real estate license courses. The price is usually around 200-300 dollars. After you take the course you will have to pass the test. There are lots of fees incurred with real estate. You have to pay to use the MLS which i think is a little less than 100. You will also have to become apart of REALTORS which has its own fees (you can go to realtors.com for more info on that). And if you would like to b apart of a Real Estate company they have their own dues (i.e. ERA). I hope that helps. I think this is a great time to get your license if you can get past all of the fees. You could also be a property manager which is really big right now, since more ppl are renting than buying. Hope that helps.
